The boy and the foal

A group of small city kids went to a farm to experience a bit of country life. While they were there they watched a mare giving birth. The birth took a while and was problematic, so much so that the vet had to reach in and pull the foul out by its legs. After pulling the foal out and lying it on the ground one little boy ran up to the foal and yelled: 'how the heck did you get in there in the first place?'
